the location is excellent near the museum square. the room was clean, and the bed provided good comfort. i was given helpful restaurant recommendations upon arrival, along with a map. this made exploring simple (it helped a lot).
i stayed in a basement room, and it was next to maintenance areas. this caused noise at times, disrupting the peace.

Really good Location and Cute Staff

The hotel's location is unique. It's close to many popular museums (I was thrilled!). The staff offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants. This added a special touch to my dining experiences. The cleanliness was noticeable, especially in my lovely Comfort Double or Twin Room, super clean upon arrival and maintained daily. I found the breakfast satisfying, it set a positive tone for each day.
The absence of washcloths in the bathroom was unexpected. I did need to purchase one.

i found the staff very cute and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel location is excellent, close to the museums. breakfast selections were good, and i especially appreciated the coffee (the aroma was divine!). the airport bus stop is also conveniently located nearby.
the room i stayed in felt a little small compared to the pictures i saw online. there was also a slight odor, which i found somewhat unpleasant. perhaps a room freshener could help with this.

The location was awesome. That i cannot deny.
The basement room i got was FREEZING. i thought a window had been left open, it was that bad. the heating wouldn't turn on, and i had no energy to walk back up the stairs. The lift button just refused to work for me for some reason.

Really good Stay in Museum District

I arrived late following a flight cancellation and received a warm welcome from the receptionist. My room was awesome, it included a spa bath and tea and coffee facilities. I visited the museum district thanks to the hotel's location. I also found fresh food readily available at breakfast.
